So I turned to the Almanac Empty So I turned to the Almanac

I turned to the almanac.  Now... there's two that I check out, one I always remember.  Well, today, I clicked the wrong one first, knew the website was different, went and checked the other one and just laughed out loud.

Read this one first, almost cried:
March 2014
28th-31st. Mixed clouds, sun.
APRIL 2014
1st-3rd. Brief clearing, then clouds arrive. Turning colder.
4th-7th. Chilly air spills into Rockies from West.
8th-11th. Generally dry, cool.
12th-15th. Increasing rain, thunderstorm activity spreads east.
16th-19th. Very cold air Saskatchewan, Manitoba, bringing frost conditions.
20th-23rd. A swath of rain, snow sweeps east from Pacific coast through Rockies and Prairies.
24th-27th. Rain showers.
28th-30th. A big Rocky Mountain storm brings severe weather to Prairies; the cold air that sweeps in behind it brings freeze conditions.

The one I usually find accurate -
MARCH 2014
Mar 25-31: Sunny, turning milder.
APRIL 2014: temperature 9°C (3°C above avg.); precipitation 50mm (20mm above avg.);
Apr 1-7: Sunny, turning warm;
Apr 8-11: Showers, then sunny, warm;
Apr 12-18: Sunny, warm east; a few showers west;
Apr 19-22: Showers, then sunny, cool;
Apr 23-27: Rain east, snow west, then sunny, cool;
Apr 28-30: Showers.

A few very vital differences. If the science is the same, how on earth are there such different conclusions.

I hope the second one is right. :-) Seems like nice Spring weather to me.
