REgular devilled eggs are too much work, but these are over the top! Who knew Ooptec moonlights as Martha Stewart?

tips:

let eggs rest for a day pointy side down before hard boiling

boil a few extras in case spoil white

Pipe in by putting yolk mix in a sandwich baggie and cutting a corner out.

Was quite easy to make.

I used one of those clear plastic egg cartons and made little nests for them to sit in w/parsley

Awesome Ooptec! I wasn't going to bring devilled eggs to our next family BBQ, but after seeing this, I guess that I have to now.

I had seen the devilled eggs in the egg carton idea before, and have used it. It sure helps with easy transport.

You could do something similar with duck eggs too, I imagine.
