Disputes - How to launch one and how it will be handled

Disputes will be handled by a panel of Administrators and Moderators. Disputes can be launched for mistreatment as well as for botched sales and misrepresented product that may have been purchased after being advertised on this site. It will be adjudicated like a court case, and will require evidence and documentation from both the individual launching the dispute and the accused. The decision of the Administrators and Moderators is FINAL. The matter is to be closed and the issue is not to be brought up in the public forum again, and the decision is not to be debated on the forum by any member, involved or not.

Do not waste the time of the Admins and Mods with frivolities. Have your case and complaint built and documented before it’s presented, they will not do your work for you. Cases with insufficient evidence will be dismissed and a ruling withheld.
